FNU stands for “FastTrack Native Units.” Essentially, its the daily closing prices of a line drawn on a chart.
On the compare tab there are two ways to save equity curves as FNUs.
1) Right click the colored bar above the model parameters. Click save as FNU. Select a location and then “save”
2) Bulk export using the export button in the upper right. 
In the FT Chart window, to save individual tickers to FNUs, right click the ticker name, select “save as fnu.” The FNU will save to your “FNU Location” set on the Data Tab>>FNU Sub Tab
